  •  Ashtanga Yoga (all levels welcome). There will be two daily practices, a more physical one in the morning and in the afternoon we'll focus more on theory, philosophy and alignment. Ashtanga Yoga have both mental and physical benefits. Physically, the breathing combined with the progressive series of postures detoxifies muscles and organs, sweat expels toxins and re-energizes your body. Mentally, it relaxes your mind and helps to release any blockage of energy flow throughout your body. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind.

Our flexible and free approach means that you can do as much or as little as you want – you’ll never feel any pressure to join in if you don’t want to, but there’s always plenty on offer if you do. If for any reason you do not feel like practising, you can just swim in the sparkling sea or the pool, relax in a hammock or just enjoy the sunshine.



All our meals are vegetarian, balanced and cooked with products acquired in local markets. Mallorca's bountiful sunshine produce some of the tastiest fruit and vegetables, which, when prepared with love (and local olive oil) result in mouth watering yet healthy cuisine. Gluten Free and Vegan options always available.

  • Mountain Trekking and Walking Trips. Mallorca is best known for resort beaches teeming with sun-and-fun continentals in tiny bathing suits. But the Mediterranean island has an even wilder side: dramatic peaks and gorges of the Sierra de Tramuntana mountains, isolated valleys and varied flora and natura. Mallorca is indeed a walkers paradise.

  • Music session. During your stay you will enjoy of, either one sound healing session through the resonance of the Tibetan singing bowls, their sound as played on and around the body induces a deep meditative and peaceful state, clarity of mind and intuition, or on the last night of the stay we will have a finishing celebration live concert.

8,00 - Ashtanga vinyasa yoga practice

10,30 - 12:30 - Brunch

12,30 - 17,30 - Free time for activities

17,30 - Ashtanga practice & technique

20,00 - Dinner
